art with the little ones

I taught art to a few kindergarten classes today, they made giraffes. I passed these two self portraits in the hallway and was pretty smitten with them. The drawing on the left is Andrew and I love his heart shirt and bright colors, then there's Matthew and his sweet smile and careful attention to keep everything within his drawing lines.

I cam across this playground structure this evening on a sunset walk, love the colors.
