I hung the mint, oregano, and thyme to dry and store later. I picked a little fennel and a few nasturtium blossoms this morning to add to the pickles. A jar of lemon cucumbers (sentimental favorite) with garlic, peppercorns and fennel and a little sugar at the bottom. I jarred a mix of carrots, green toms and cucumbers but the gems where the tiny pickled green tomatoes. (I'll post the recipe in a bit)
